Linda and I took a little winter-break and left the 10 inches of snow and headed down to Florida for a bit. It was the first time I really took a break from the website since I started it in 2007 (thanks to John for filling in for me).
So it kinda functioned as a vacation and it also functioned as a prayer and planning time for 2011. We got to visit with some friends and family and enjoy 80 degree weather while constantly reminding ourselves that there was a foot of snow at home – it was nice.

Looks like you two had a blast! I’m not going to lie, I’m looking forward to getting married and going on these kind of trips someday! Thanks for the links Bob. I’m looking forward to reading your posts again!
LOVELY Photos. Truly Beautiful!!
Now, I cannot wait until my next vacation!
Really nice photos! What kind of camera was used? I started out with a Canon Powershot, but I use a Canon 2Ti now that I really like.
Lea, some of them were with our Olympus E520, and some were with our Powershot point and shoot – which really takes great pics for a $200 camera!
Hi Bob and Linda,It is good to have you back. I have enjoyed the blogs over the past few days. It is so tough to come back from a good time off. My advice, don’t wait this long to take off and get away. We put money aside so we can have a trip during the year. I am kind of retired so it feels good to get away from retirement. LOL (honey do)
Blessings,
Terry
Beautiful photos! I really enjoy your website and information. Thank you!
What lovely photos and you two look relaxed and happy. Glad you took a break – you (we) all need to do that now and then. God bless.
