		<description>Just read your article about swearing in the workplace. I agree with you ...it does show a lack of self-control. Or maybe properly thought of....your self WAS in control..and now the Lord is in control of your life.  One thing I always impressed upon my kids when they were young...&quot; swearing shows a lack of imagination...and a lack of education.&quot;   Take a look at the movies that are so heavily ladenly with swear words....and lack of any development of the characters  or the the plot line.

Swearing never helps morale...in brings it down.</description>

		<description>It seems to help our engineers vent their frustrations. They don&#039;t swear all the time, but periodically let off if something&#039;s particularly bad. I don&#039;t mind.</description>
