Default Coupons as a Means of Saving

    http://www.debtfreespending.blogspot.com

About a year ago, I was over $20,000 in debt (through infertility treatments), and had no idea how I was going to pay back this large sum of money. A friend explained to me that she used coupons as a way to save money. However, I had always hated clipping coupons, and found that they never matched up with what I wanted to purchase.

Shortly after I had spoken with her, I stumbled across a "deal making" website. These are websites geared toward moms trying to save money, who can purchase items when they go on sale and increase their savings by using coupons. Many of these women begin building stockpiles, and can be seen on shows like TLC's Extreme Couponing. While I'm not that extreme, I have utilized many of the deal making websites to save over $7,000 in purchases. This allowed me to put more to my debt, and I now have whittled down my $20,000 baby bill to less than $4,000. If you have any interest in reading about my story, feel free to check my story out here.

Before you use a coupon that you found online, make sure that you have read and understood the terms of the offer being presented. The way that printable restaurant coupons work is actually quite simple. All you would need to do is to find a coupon, print it and then bring it to the restaurant.

Using coupons is a great way to save on money. There are so many websites today that offer coupons for anything from clothing, to gadgets, to food products, as well as to many other items. If you are looking for an easy way to save, it is definitely something you should do. All it takes is a little time and effort to help locate coupons for the things that you need most, and you're on your way to some great savings.

Helo, I have tried the coupon saving and it was too messy for me. But I do have another idea for saving and I am in the process of doing this. For every debit withdrawal from my checking account, the cents left I will transfer to my savings acct. ja

We have a change jar and we always put our spare change in it and let it stockpile, I never have change when I go out and those 1.01 orders still make me wish I had a penny but hey that is 98c that will go into my change jar at the end of the day. Last time we cashed out we had over 300 bucks which helped us pay our rent and bills one month when things started getting tough. Change jars and coupons are a great combination for savings.
