Default Looking for a Job? Network, Network, Network!

According to Nick Corcodilos of AskTheHeadhunter.com, only 4% of job posters in a recent poll found jobs online through large job boards such as Monster, CareerBuilder, Headhunter, etc. Yet, this is often the primary place job hunters look for future employment. Networking is so important for so many different reasons. Aside from the benefits of gaining a new job through networking, one can also use his network as a way to expand his business, build more clients, and add new vendors. It also helps to establish your reputation. If you become the go to guy where people learn to trust you and enjoy talking to you, the benefits you will reap are tremendous.
