Default I want to do the debt snowball but I dont really have anything with a set payment amount, it is all one lump sums that I owe

My family is working diligently to get out of debt and I would like to figure out the best way to pay off our debt the fastest and get us out of bondage but I dont know how in the world to save $1000.00 all at once and also i dont really have credit card debt too much. Our debts are mainly pay day loans, or small installment loans so there isnt a regular monthly payment due. After my husband's retirement from the Army, we started a church in 2008 and we made sure the church was taken care of before our own personal finances. Well about a year later my husband was called to do full time ministry at the same time I was on maternity leave and the term at my job had ended. Our income went from over 10,000 plus monthly to $4000.00. We have been surviving by the grace of God..but we are struggling and this bondage keeps us from doing all that God would have us to do in ministry and for other people. The church has been established for 3years now but it makes enough only to sustain itself so we do not get any salary from the church. Please if anyone can give me any suggestions or help it would be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible for you or your husband to take on a side job? Also being that you run a church you have access to people who have different career paths etc. How about maybe arranging some sort of fair or trade show event where the members can sell their wares or try and promote their business. You can charge all vendors a fee and maybe charge a small cover charge as an entrance fee, which will include light refreshments for all the participants.
