    Default Budget Software

We ended up purchasing a new computer this year and it has Windows 7. I am used to using the Money program on our Windows XP computer. Any advice on a free option that I can get on our new system?

Well online you can use Mint. We use this free service and love it.

If you're wanting some free templates for budgeting you can get it here at Dave Ramsey's site. Dave Ramsey also has an online budgeting tool. You can use it here and it is free for a 7 day trial. If you want to use the program it is 89.95 right now for a year subscription. Or you can pay monthly 12.95. It is great to get your finances in order and work on getting out of debt.

Bob also has an article on Budgeting Software: 13 Free Alternatives. Check it out hope it helps!

I am going to agree with Jonathan here.. Mint.com is a wonderful site..
You can link all your accounts.. it keeps everything up to date, right there for you to see, and the budgeting tools on there work well.

    Highly recommended.
