W2 question

I need to file Federal and 3 different states, but only have 3 tear-off sections from my W2 for filing. How do i get another one? Can I just include a photocopy for one of the state returns? Thanks for any help.

Thank you for filing your tax return.

Your one W-2 says file with your federal return.
and you have 2 copies that say file with your state or local return.

You may be able to get another copy from your employer.
But your plan would work.

Some states do not want an actual copy of your W-2. They have their own form that is completed with the W-2 data on this state form. This works nicely for electronic filing, but is a bit of a pain for those that file a paper return.

Make sure your 3 state need the actual W-2
