Holiday season is rapidly approaching us all. If you’re like most people your will power is going to be tested to its limits at either your work office, in public, or the lavish meals with your family and friends. I don’t know about you, but the holidays for me are no longer a one day event. For me it has become a three day event. There’s the night before the party, then the actual holiday, then of course we can’t forget the day after when all the leftovers are sitting in the fridge just waiting to be eaten by you. Also, it’s the winter season so most people are covered with their jackets and turtleneck sweaters on that it’s so easier to lose sight of that waistline. Here’s a quote I always hear and have read many times before:

“Hey, polar bears put on weight for the cold, so it makes sense on a biological level…”

I have made it my goal here at http://www.fastwaytoloseweightrevealed.com/ to help my readers get fit, stay lean, lose weight, and to keep the weight off. Now that doesn’t mean we don’t enjoy the holidays’, it just means we need to have a plan as we enter it. Below you will see a clear plan to help you enjoy yourself at the holidays and still hold onto your weight loss and the work you have put in.

PLANNING IS KEY

Before we get into the details about training and diet, it’s important to understand the need for a plan. No one knows you better than you know yourself. Before all the food eating and holiday festivities even begin, take a long hard look at your past record and be honest of what you’re against and where you’re likely to fold under pressure. Are you really looking forward to going to the holiday party or are you just going out of obligation? Is there a big family get together or a party with friends that you can’t wait to attend? Take a second and think about what events you have lined up and you’re looking forward to and what you can easily sidestep. But do you really have to go? There’s no point in setting yourself back over some banquet food. It’s overcooked pasta and or cold cuts… you’ve had it before… it’s really not that good.

Skip it and relish in the fact that you have a six pack or a body under construction that you’re working at to lose the weight and Bob from accounting looks like he’s smuggling a package of sausages under his shirt. Trust me, the office hotties notice it too. Stick to fruits and veggies and you won’t miss a beat in your goal towards being more ripped and shedding that weight.
