opuler feedback?

Hey all, wanted to get everyone's feedback on our new product --
http://opuler.com -- fractional shares in fully managed real estate.
Essentially you buy any number of available shares @ $25/share and each
month we add to your account your profits which you can either
re-invest or request a payout.

Also, since we actually own the properties when we list them we'll buy
back your shares at any time if you don't want them or you can trade
them on our open market.

We currently are only offering one property right now but will probably
have another one in the pipeline here soon.

We are planning on offering ACH service here soon but until then it's
just paypal/dwolla -- any other payment services you all might like to
see?

Interesting concept I guess. With only one property, it really just becomes the owner looking for investors. Just like any investment, I'm sure there is an overhead cost, and definitely some risk. But if the concept takes off, and other owners can come along and offer the same investment options in thier property, then an investor can diversify thier investment across several properties.
