Susobhan,
All things are possible with Christ. Whatever failures you have had will be stepping stones toward success when your trust is in God. I will pray for you!

@Jessica,
Sorry for the TARDY response! I just now read your comment. When I say "experiencing emotions", I mean that one recognizes the emotion, identifies it and deals with it. I can't deal with anger, for example, unless I allow it to surface and realize that I am feeling angry. "Internalizing hurt" means stuffing the emotion into your psyche without ever processing it. Doing so is a recipe for trouble, because that emotion doesn't go away; it lays dormant until it decides to surface. At that point, the emotion is controlling you.

Experiencing the emotion is healthy. Internalizing it isn't. I hope this explanation helps.

@Joanne,
I am glad that this post encouraged you. We all fail. I wish you the best as you continue in the right direction.

Thanks for the encouragement and for putting failure in it's proper perspective. Sometimes I need that kind of support to help me continue in the right direction.

At my last job, a few people were fired at the drop of a hat. Really surprising. So I was paralyzed with a huge fear of failure. I am finally overcoming that fear a year later. Thanks for the tips

@Justin,
Fellow Card fan! We know a bit about failure. :)
I appreciate your thought of "catching" the crisis before it gets worse. Great idea.
I know about the book QBQ but haven't read it...yet. I have read the follow up "Flipping the Switch" by John Miller.

@Darren,
Thanks for the Micheal Jordon quote. Puts failure in a new perspective.

@Joseph,
I was not familiar with "Once beaten, Twice shy", but you are right: it is a good one to disregard and move on in faith.

@Ken,
Right. If we can have the courage to examine those failures instead of wimping out with a pity party, we can indeed discover opportunities. Thanks for stopping by.

Good points. Examining failures is key. I like your suggestion call failure opportunity.

Great insight Joe,
They say "Once Beaten, Twice Shy" and your post is a call to totally disregard this notion and step out in faith.
