ING Giving Cash-Back on Debit Card Purchases

by Bob on September 27, 2010

Recently I have been talking a lot lately about my cash-back debit card I got from Perkstreet Financial. I am currently getting 2% cash-back with it and am loving the Visa gift cards I am getting from them each month, but if you are an ING Direct customer (which I know many of you are) they are now getting in the cash-back game.

At this point it is only a promotional offer, so take advantage while you can. Details are listed below…

Paying with your Electric Orange card now gives you 1% Cash Back. Most grocery stores, drug stores and fast food joints have swipe machines right on the counter. So stash the cash and swipe your Electric Orange Card to get 1% Cash Back.

Things you need to know about 1% Cash Back:

  • Your rebate will be placed into your account by the 15th of the next month
  • Runs October 1st through November 30th, 2010
  • No registration needed
  • Applies to all eligible PIN and signature-based transactions under $50

For more info about the ING Direct Checking account, you can see why I love it or visit their site.

I’ve applied for a cashback debit (Perkstreet) and intend to use it for my soon-to-be-newborn’s account management. I’ll put in a monthly budgeted amount in and we’ll use the debit card to buy all of her baby stuff, thus separating it out and using leftovers for her future unexpected or increasing expenses. Thanks, Bob!
