Bob, you are a peach! Who knows…enough customers complain to Apple, perhaps they will “upgrade” (in other words, fix) the new IPod. I wouldn’t have known had I not clicked on your link to the Amazon site so that was definitely a God-deal.

Oh, just looked at the Amazon link for the product and I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings but this new product got terrible reviews. The average was 2 out of 5 stars and the biggest complaints were poor product design, head phones awful, glitches with music and more. Too bad that Apple did not get the new design to be better. I expect more from them than this.
