ReadyMade Magazine: for the creative on a budget!
I have been subscribing to ReadyMade for the last year or so and have really enjoyed it. My best description would be Martha Stewart meets the thrift store and Ikea. It is all about creating and making practical, stylish, and inexpensive decorations for your home and your life. It also has an eco-conscious bend to it as well, since so many of the ideas incorporate re-purposing items.
A few of the interesting ideas I have seen in it so far…
- How to make a retro pencil skirt from a pillowcase
- How to make custom wall art that converts into seating when you need it
- How to convert your closet into an office
- How to turn your blown speaker into a perfect table for a party
- How to turn your old jeans into pot-holders
- How to make furniture scratches disappear
The Free Stuff Friday winner this week will win a subscription!
How to win?
As always, in order to enter to win, you just need to head over to the forums and comment sometime during the next week.
