do you think there are not any people who would benefit from reverse mortgages? I honestly don’t know too much about the industry, I thought the video in the post, argued a decent case for getting one – but I don’t know…

From what I’ve read the reverse mortgage business is fraught with fraud, and outright scams. I would be extremely careful before entering into anything like this.

I think RM are a decent source of income for some older home owners when there are few other alternatives. The key is avoid falling for a scam with an unscruplous broker. Always go with the HUD back options.
