when in mutual funds place dividends in a reserve account for the next fund moving upward
this goes in accordance with diversification and is a great way to reduce risks
We do this for our clients and brokerage houses offer it but will not include in application YOU HAVE TO ASK but when you do you should get a reply from the individual on the other side as we do that it is a great way to reduce risk, it is a trick used by some asset managers
YES this is usually billable advice but I hope it help this assembly of people
use it

I am reading I Will Teach You To Be Rich and he stresses diversifying heavily as a way to prevent from a crash in one sector. Also, he stresses as a huge key is time. Diversification and time and you will slowly get to a place you want to be.
