Starbucks Gift Card Giveaway

The Starbucks Rewards card is here!!

In honor of the recently released Starbuck’s Rewards Card I thought it would be appropriate to giveaway a gift card. If you are not familiar with the Rewards card, allow me to fill you in. Starbucks is basically willing to offer you some perks and freebies in exchange for promising to spend your money there.Picture 1.png

What I mean is that the Rewards card is a pre-paid card – so rather than dropping $4 when you walk into the local ‘bucks, you are dropping $25 or $50 to fill the card up beforehand.

But, if you are willing to make the sacrifice, the perks can be nice:

  1. Beverage customization – when you buy a drink they will upgrade it and add the bells and whistles for free.
  2. Free refills on brewed coffee.
  3. Free Tall drink when you buy a 1lb of their whole bean coffee.
  4. 2 hours of Free Wi-Fi per day – this is the only one I really care about. I have a Starbucks right next door and it is nice to get out of my house. This will work out nicely.

So, if you are a ‘bucks junkie it could be worth your while, if not don’t waste your money.

But either way, I am giving away a $15 gift card – and I am doing the “filling up” on this one!!

What do I have to do to win ‘bucks gift card?

If you would like to be entered for a chance to win the book just leave a comment below before 7:00 p.m. CST on June 29th, 2008.

and to think, I have a Starbucks right up the road from me… but alas, no laptop-YET. Though we do have a Skype phone which works via wi-fi, so that could be a plus. Thanks for the update on the rewards card, sounds like a great deal for those that frequent Starbucks quite a bit, like yourself. Also, thanks for having the giveaway count me in please!

Starbucks French Roast. Black. Every morning (my own beans at home). I’d LOVE a gift card to buy a cup at the store. Since doing David Ramsey’s Total Money Makeover that is one of the things we’ve cut back on.

I’ve been using Boingo (free wi-fi mainly at Starbucks and McDonalds for about $10 a month)….but since, whenever I go to Starbucks, I have to buy something, I might as well load a card up, get my free wi-fi and save the Boingo fee monthly.
