The new 5 dollar bill

If you want to get a sneak peek at the new $5 that will be rolling out late this month, you can check it out here.

Apparently, the coloring that you see is correct. It is going to have purple and gray on it along with a bunch of other new features to make it more secure.

I’m not that into purple…but whatever they’ve gotta do!

We got a $2 bill to pay a library fine last week. I thought it was pretty cool, spent a lot of time just holding it and looking at it. Old school.

Yes, I put it back in the cash register. ;)

that purple five on the back really does stick out like a sore thumb!! I am sure it is some 007 high tech security measure of some sort!!
