I wrote about one of my favorite natural health books of all time yesterday and decided it would make the perfect giveaway this week.
The book is called “What the Bible says about Healthy Living”” by Rex Russell. I loved it and you can read more about it here. If you don’t win the giveaway, I suggest heading on over to Amazon and getting it used for under $2.00 – you can’t beat that!

This book would be perfect! My 13-year-old daughter was just diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia, and along with medication from the doctor, our youth pastor has suggested we try a more biblically-based diet for her. Thanks for the review yesterday and the giveaway!
