I found a pile of Time magazines from the 50s and 60s and this ad was in a 1965 issue.

Thanks for the link! It took me far too long to figure out I was being legalistic about credit cards instead of understanding that I should walk by the Spirit, which would then bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit and allow me to gain credit card rewards, heavenly rewards and not be a legalist :)

No prob guys, and Randy you are right – they are just a tool – kind of like a chainsaw, people who are not mature enough shouldn’t use them, but someone who knows how to use it can use it safely. That said, I am all for the people who realize that there is always danger in using it and choose not to…
