One thing that I think you’re missing is that you can spray-paint them silver, and wear would-be-discarded boxes also spray-painted silver and have fun and active, but very safe robot sword fights. Of course, more traditional folks might be frightened off by the sight of robots — and not just normal robots, but robots bent on attacking each other with swords — so I would certainly keep this sort of play inside the home.

Neat! Reusing what you already have is a strong personal finance tool. It also reminds me that often we already have what we are seeking. Today you have a significant amount to be grateful for.

Take a moment and look around you. Your loved ones are near. You have a job that pays you. You have a roof over your head.

While the paper towel idea seems small it has a larger point. Creativity is often taking what we already have and using it differently. It can be loads of fun!

I love this!! This list is way better than the guitars I use to make with rubber bands. I think I’m going to try the Faux Brass Wall Clock. Thanks!

For my wedding I used paper towel rolls and made 200 napkins rings. I hot glued burlap around them and a piece of lace. They turned out great.

They sound like they turned out awesome! What a cute idea! Never thought of using them for a wedding, but I made christmas silverware holders for my family dinner this holiday.. Very cool!
